Who we are

This website is operated by CrossConnect DesignBuild, a design and construction practice based in Bangalore, India. Wherever this policy says “we”, “us” or “our”, it means that business. For any question about this policy, write to sales@crossconnecthomes.com.

What we collect

We only collect what you choose to give us through a form on this site, plus a small amount of technical information that comes with any web request.

• Information you enter. Your name, phone number, and where relevant your email address, plot size, number of floors, preferred package, location, and anything you type into a message field.
• Estimate details. If you use the cost calculator, the inputs you selected and the range it produced, so we can send you the breakdown you asked for.
• Technical information. Your IP address, browser type, the page you submitted from, and any campaign parameters in the link you arrived on. This tells us which of our advertising is working.

We do not ask for and do not want financial information, identity documents, or property papers through this website. Please do not send them here.

Why we use it

• To call or message you back about the enquiry you made
• To prepare an estimate or a quotation for your plot
• To arrange a site visit
• To understand which marketing channels bring genuine enquiries
• To keep records we are required to keep under Indian law

We contact you because you asked us to. If you tell us to stop, we stop.

What we never do

We do not sell your details. We do not rent, trade or share them with other builders, brokers, banks, material suppliers or lead-generation companies. Your phone number stays with us.

Who can see your information

Only the people at CrossConnect DesignBuild who need it to answer your enquiry, plus the service providers that keep this website running – our web host, our email provider, and the analytics and advertising platforms we use to measure our own campaigns. Those providers process data on our instructions. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for up to three years so that we can pick up a conversation you started earlier, which is common when someone is planning a house. Records connected to a signed project are kept for as long as Indian tax and contract law requires. You can ask us to delete your enquiry sooner.

Cookies and measurement

This site uses a session cookie so that forms work correctly and so a popup does not reappear repeatedly during one visit. We may also use analytics and advertising measurement tools that set their own cookies to tell us how the site is performing. You can block or clear cookies in your browser; the site will still work, though some conveniences will not.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct anything wrong, delete it, or stop contacting you. Write to sales@crossconnecthomes.com or call +91 96060 57670 and we will act on it within a reasonable period.

Security

Enquiries are stored on our web hosting with access limited to our team. No system is perfectly secure, and we will not pretend otherwise – but we keep the amount of information we hold deliberately small, which is the most effective protection there is.

Children

This site is meant for adults arranging construction work. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be made clear on the site.
