Using this site

This website is operated by CrossConnect DesignBuild. By using it you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

Estimates are not quotations

This is the most important thing on this page, so we will be blunt about it.

The cost calculator, the package rates, the specification table and the list of costs not covered are all indicative. They are published to help you plan, and they are based on typical projects in Bangalore. They are not an offer, and they do not bind either of us.

A binding price comes only from a written quotation issued after we have visited your plot, seen your drawings and understood what you actually want. Where a figure on this website differs from a figure in your signed agreement, the agreement always governs.

Why the final number can differ

• Soil conditions, plot level and access affect foundation and excavation cost
• Statutory fees and utility deposits vary by zone, locality and sanctioned load
• Material prices move; a quotation is valid for the period stated on it
• Changes you request after drawings are frozen are quoted separately and signed before work resumes
• Your own choices on finishes, fittings and interiors sit outside the base rate

Specifications and brands

Brand names shown in the package comparison may be substituted with an equivalent product of equal or higher specification where a brand is unavailable or discontinued. Where that happens on a live project, we tell you before it is used, not after.

Timelines

Durations shown on this site are typical for the plot sizes described. Your agreement carries the actual date for your project, together with the penalty clause that stands behind it and the agreed exclusions – principally delays at statutory authorities and monsoon days beyond the stated allowance, neither of which is within our control.

Images on this site

Photographs of completed projects are of work we have carried out. Some illustrative and background imagery on this site is representative rather than a specific project of ours, and is used to convey style and atmosphere only. Nothing on this page should be taken as a promise that your house will look identical to any image shown.

Enquiries

Submitting a form creates no obligation on either side. It is a request for a conversation. We aim to respond within one working day. Site visits are free and carry no commitment.

Intellectual property

The design, text, photographs and drawings on this site belong to CrossConnect DesignBuild or are used with permission. Please do not reproduce them commercially without asking. Designs prepared for a client remain governed by that client’s agreement.

Third-party links

We link to Instagram and may link to other sites. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

Liability

We take care to keep this site accurate, but we do not warrant that every figure is current or error-free, and we are not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of information published here rather than on a written quotation. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Bangalore, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction.
